A new podcast interview with Jim has been posted online where he talks about what inspires him as a composer, from “Stairway to Heaven” to hearing a unique sound. It runs just over 70-minutes and is well worth your time!
Jim recently completed the score to the new parody film Fifty Shades of Black, by Marlon Wayans and Rick Alvarez. Directed by Michael Tiddes (A Haunted House) the spoof stars Marlon Wayans, Kali Hawk and Jane Seymour. The film, featuring Jim’s music, will be in theaters on January 29, 2016, and you can check out the trailer here:
Jim has composed the main title theme for the new television series, “Bad Blood”, which starts airing Dec 2 on Investigation Discovery. The eight-part series brings viewers front row as estranged families confront one another about a crime that rocked the family, uncover new information about the case, and ultimately seek forgiveness for their actions.
Jim’s company, Queens and Kings Inc., is developing the animated special Witch’s Night Out into an Off Broadway-scale family musical. Keep an eye on the website for more developments!

10 Cent Pistol, the action drama from director Michael C. Martin featuring a score by Jim, is now available on iTunes! The film, starring Jena Malone, Joe Mantegna and Thomas Ian Nicholas, is about two criminals who find themselves at the mercy of a crooked mob lawyer and tangled in a love triangle with a sexy femme fatale after a high stakes job goes horribly wrong.
Revealed last week at the E3 gaming expo, Disney Infinity 3.0 will take players even further into the Disney franchises, including never-before revealed worlds from the creative minds at Pixar. Due to come out later this year, the game features new music composed by Jim! Pre-order the game here.
