James writes string and piano arrangements for a band called The Chesterfields. The producer and engineer, Charlie Martinez, attended high school with James and has gone on to engineer for Keith Richards and Mick Jagger amongst other top recording artists.
James finishes an hour long documentary for the History Channel based on the Louisiana Purchase. This project, produced by Jonathan Grupper (National Geographic, “Ascent”), will be airing sometime this spring.
James finishes a commercial spot for director Adam Turner. This commmercial features some cool special effects and will play in New Mexico over the next few months.

James completes work on Tears of the Sun with Hans Zimmer and begins composing a show for the History Channel about the Louisiana Purchase. A two hour show for ESPN is in the works, dedicated to the ten greatest sporting confrontations in the 20th century.
